CINDY HATCH-RASMUSSEN, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, bio coming soon. Until then one should know that Cindy is a spectacular occupational therapist who brings so much in depth experience to our co-op. We all feel grateful to be on a team with her.
PAM SAUL, M.ed, Child development and behavior specialist. Pam Saul has been helping families for over 18 years. Since earning her Master's Degree from California State University Northridge in special education, Pam has worked in schools, at home, in clinics and in the community. Her experience has led her to a unique approach which combines DIRFloortime, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Pivotal Response techniques. Pam works with each family and creates a plan that can be implemented at home and at school, to generalize skills, and change behaviors in a more efficient generalized manner. There is no "one size fits all" behavior plan and Pam emphasizes the important role of each family member during vital growth and development. The team approach is what brought Pam together with Cindy Hatch-Rasmussen and Jenny Johnson to create Blossom Co-op. Pam's discipline is highlighted by her training and collaboration with exceptional professionals from the Lovaas Institute, UCLA's PEERS for preschool program, and Pivotal Response Training from the Gervitz School at UCSB. Pam strives to keep herself well rounded and educated by attending local and international conferences.
