If we are not in-network with your insurance, or if you prefer to use your out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill upon request monthly. 

• What is a Superbill? A superbill is a detailed, itemized receipt that includes all the necessary codes (CPT and ICD-10), provider credentials, and diagnostic information required by insurance companies to process claims for out-of-network services.

• How it Works: You pay for your sessions in full at the time of service. You contact us monthly via email to request a superbill

• Reimbursement: Depending on your specific plan's out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial or full reimbursement directly from your insurer. ​

Important Steps for Clients
We recommend that all clients with out-of-network plans call their insurance company prior to their first visit to verify their coverage. Ask the following questions: 

• "Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient occupational therapy?"

• "What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?"

• "What percentage of the fee is covered after the deductible is met?".
